Theory Tea Czar
Description
The theory tea buck stops here. To the theory tea, the czar is benevolent dictator, drill sergeant, logistical extraordinaire, and a thousand other things at once. The czar must care for theory tea as if it were their own child: generously, strictly, without bitterness or anger. The duties of the theory tea czar are:
- to schedule theory tea
- to reserve a room of appropriate size
- to work with theory tea participants to choose reading and presentation material
- to schedule presenters
- to ensure that appropriate refreshments are served
- to remove any other obstacles to the success of theory tea, as such arise,
- to maintain the theory tea website
- and most importantly, to foster a collaborative and welcoming spirit
